Tantôt ses notes de carnet sont celles du jour-même, tantôt elles sont la retranscription dâanciens carnets. Auteur dâune cinquantaine dâouvrages, Gil Jouanard le dit lui-même, rechercher un éditeur pour les publier ne lâintéresse pas, est au-dessus de ses forces, et que lui convient ce mode de publication, comme un feuilleton quotidien et un rendez-vous amoureux avec lâécriture. Entre Mémoires et Journal, lâensemble de ces notes relèvent de lâautobiographie dont lâécriture sinueuse et cependant directe à la fois élégante et sensuelle et gourmande nous entraîne dans les profondeurs de la mémoire lointaine aussi bien que présente.<br /></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 125%; font-family: 'Garamond','serif';">Nous avons, avec lâautorisation de lâauteur, effectué un choix parmi les derniers mois dâécriture afin de donner un mince aperçu dâune Åuvre qui sâélabore flâneusement.</span></p>
